We hope you love your Sophia Webster purchase; however, if you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including the signature luxury packaging and protective sole film.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and provide a reason for the return.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original designer dust bags and branded shoe box, ensuring the protective film on the soles is intact, then secure them inside the original shipping carton.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it securely to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery labels.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to your nearest authorized courier drop-off point and retain your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been processed.
